Older Car Warranty

The "Older Car" warranty coverage plan covers only specific components listed in the agreement. This is a name component policy and protects the vehicle's major components and systems. With the Older Car warranty coverage plan, all labor and parts are covered for any failure or breakdown of your vehicle's major mechanical items and electrical systems. What's Covered? The list of components covered by the Older Car warranty coverage plan is extensive and includes the following:

Engine
Transmission
Drive Axle
Steering
Electrical
Air Conditioning
Suspension
Brakes
Seals, Sealing Boots & Gaskets *
Electronic High-Tech

Notes

1. Only if damaged by the failure of a lubricated internal part.
2. If the air conditioning system is unable to be repaired due to the shortage, unavailability or restriction of CFC's by Federal Mandate (i.e. freon, R-12) then no further obligations for repair of the air conditioning system apply under this Contract. There is no obligation to install a retrofit kit on your vehicle that would allow use of any alternative to CFC's.
